Our Founder

CedarStone Academy started because I saw a gap between what families wanted and what many children were actually receiving. As an educator and longtime homeschool parent, I’ve seen how capable students are when they’re truly taught at their level and held to high standards.

CedarStone is a small, level-based micro-school serving K–8 students. We don’t teach strictly by age — we teach by academic readiness — which allows students to grow confidently and master material instead of just moving along with the crowd.

We focus on strong core academics, critical thinking, discipline, and character. It’s structured, rigorous, and personal. Families who want both excellence and intentional guidance find that CedarStone offers the balance they’ve been looking for.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: build strong foundations so students are prepared, capable, and confident for whatever comes next.
